Booking a consultant is simple and straightforward:

1. Browse our list of qualified consultants and select one that matches your needs
2. Choose an available time slot from their calendar
3. Complete the secure payment process
4. Receive confirmation via email with meeting details
5. Join the consultation at the scheduled time

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Debit Cards: All major debit cards
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers. You will receive an invoice via email after each successful payment.

To become a consultant on our platform, follow these steps:

1. Click on "Become a Consultant" in the main menu
2. Set your availability and consultation rates
3. Upload relevant certifications and credentials
4. Create your consultant profile with your expertise and qualifications
5. Wait for admin approval (typically 1-2 business days)

Once approved, you can start accepting bookings from clients. Make sure to keep your calendar updated and respond promptly to consultation requests.
