Terms of Service

1. Applicability

1.1. The administrator of the platform is AI Logic Solutions Ltd., registered in the Commercial Register with BULSTAT/EIK: 207233308, with registered office and address: Sofia, postal code 1592, Druzhba 1 residential complex, block 195, entrance D, floor 1, apartment 63.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Administrator and all persons who use the konsultanti.bg platform, regardless of whether they are registered or unregistered users.

1.3. The Terms and Conditions enter into force from the moment of first access to the platform or upon the creation of a user profile.

1.4. The Administrator has the right to amend and supplement the Terms and Conditions. The updated version is published on the website and enters into force from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after publication is considered acceptance of the changes.

1.5. If a User does not agree with the changes made, they may discontinue using the platform and close their account.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Platform” – the website konsultanti.bg, managed by the Administrator.
  • “Administrator” – the legal entity that manages and maintains the platform.
  • “User” – any person using the services of the platform, including registered and unregistered persons.
  • “Consultant” – a registered user offering consulting services through the platform.
  • “Services” – all functionalities of the platform, including subscriptions, appointment bookings, advertisements, promotions, ratings, reviews, news, notifications, and others.
  • “Appointment” – an online or in-person consultation booked through the platform.
  • “Subscription” – a paid service for consultants, granting access to additional functionalities.
  • “Force Majeure Circumstances” – extraordinary and unforeseeable events beyond the parties’ control.

3. Access to Services

  • The platform may only be used by legally capable natural persons and legal entities.
  • The Administrator has the right to block or delete accounts in cases of suspected abuse, violations, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Access to services requires an internet connection and a compatible device.
  • The use of the platform does not grant intellectual property rights or licenses beyond those expressly described.

4. Description of Services

The platform provides a digital environment for connecting clients and specialists, including: creating and maintaining a profile; searching and filtering specialist profiles; booking appointments through a calendar; online inquiries and correspondence; making payments through integrated payment systems; leaving ratings and comments.

The Administrator is not a party to the transactions between users and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or results of the agreed services.

5. General Provisions

Registration and Access: Registration is required to use the full functionality of the platform. Users must provide accurate data and are responsible for protecting their login credentials.

6. Subscriptions and One-Time Services

Consultants may choose subscription plans for using the platform and one-time paid services (promotion of profiles, advertisements, etc.). Rates are published on the platform and may be updated with notice.

7. Booking of Appointments

The platform allows online and in-person appointments with consultants. Users must provide accurate information when booking. Responsibility for conducting and the content of appointments lies with the respective consultants.

11. Payment Methods

Payments may be made via bank card (Stripe), bank transfer, or cash on site (when applicable). The platform does not store card data; processing and storage are carried out by Stripe under PCI DSS.

Cancellation and refunds: if a service is canceled no later than 24 hours before its start, the User is entitled to a refund according to the Terms and Conditions and the payment provider’s rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Administrator is not liable for interruptions due to technical reasons beyond its control, unlawful actions of third parties, content published by Users, or losses arising from the use of the platform or services provided by consultants.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the platform’s Privacy Policy and GDPR. Users have the right to access, rectify, restrict, and delete their data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

19. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Bulgarian law applies. Users may use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
